Registration information
You will find below the registration fees for
the ASAP 2010 conference. You are eligible for a reduced
registration fee if:
- you are a member of IEEE (*),
- you are a student (**) at a university or college. (*)
Please note that you will be asked for your
IEEE member ID if you select a "Member" ticket.
(**) Student Registration requires a written
letter on university letter head, with the statement that the
registered person is a full-time Ph.D.-student at the time of
the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is
acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to
the asap2010-secretary@irisa.fr,
with a scanned pdf email attachment.
Important: Early registration
with reduced fees is possible until June 7th 2010. After that,
fees for late registration apply. If you have questions or

Package registration fees
include admission to:
- admission to the conference,
- full conference proceedings on USB memory
stick,
- a cocktail at the City Hall on July 7,
- lunch on July 7, 8 and 9,
- coffee breaks,
- the social event (included for regular
members and probably offered to students): excursion to Le
Mont Saint-Michel and conference dinner on Thursday July
8.
Extra tickets for the social event (excursion
to Le Mont Saint-Michel and conference dinner):
- Social event: extra tickets (for
accompanying people) are available within the limit of
seats (cost: 80 euros per pax).
Policy
- Author(s) policy: At least
one author of an accepted paper must be registered (at
regular rate) for the conference by May 25,
2010 to have their paper included in the published
proceedings.
- Cancellation: All
cancellations must be sent in writing to the asap2010-secretary@irisa.fr.
Cancellations received before June 30, 2010 are fully
refundable minus a 100 € processing and administration
charge. Cancellations received after this date are
non-refundable. No refunds will be given for
non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Procedure
For registration, please use the web-based
registration form with online payment on a secure
website. Please use one form per attendee.
After Registration
If properly processed, your successful
registration will be acknowledged by email, which you may use
as a receipt of payment. A formal invoice will also be issued
to you in hardcopy at the time of the conference.

Visa
If you need a visa to travel to France, for
the conference, please contact the French embassy or consulate
to obtain information about visa application (see venue for more information).
