Early registration deadline May 21th 2008

 Authors of accepted papers should register at the regular (non-student)  rate for their paper to be included in the proceedings.
Authors that  are IEEE student members can register at the IEEE member rate. Authors  that do not show-up to present their paper
will not be included in the  on-line IEEE proceedings.

The registration fee includes three lunches, five coffee breaks  and one copy of the proceedings on USB-stick. Regular (non-student)  registration fee also includes one banquet ticket.
